Concept Building is led by Michael Bartlett, a trade-qualified builder with over 15 years’ experience specialising in Auckland’s villas and bungalows.

We’ve built our reputation quietly through referrals, repeat clients, and consistently high standards. Many of our projects come from homeowners recommending us to neighbours on the same street.

We work closely with architects, interior designers and drafts people, and we’re just as comfortable advising clients when a draftsman can achieve the same result at a fraction of the cost.

Our job is to guide you honestly, build properly, and leave you with a home that will stand the test of time.
